Canadian nurse - Florida relocation

by NickMan

Hi,
I'm a Canadian OR nurse (RN), I work right now in the operating room of one of the Toronto hospitals; I will relocate to Florida next year.

1) Is there another exam that I have to pass other then NCLEX in order to work in Florida?
2) How is the job market for an RN-OR?
3) Any advice would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Nic.
