I was hoping to talk to someone who may have gone through this program and get a heads up as to how its going to be. Can't say I'm looking forward to it. Anyadvicewould be greatly appreciated.

Nov 11, '12 by midinphxI did it in 2010. There is no prep work needed. Just go with it. Only advice I will give is that there is a really fun/crazy outdoor exercise. Bring old stuff that can get dirty and possibly ruined. Dress warmly. Play by their rules and take it seriously.
