    Looking for a resource that lists the actual BON's position on the use of propofol, both titration and bolus, for intubated as well as non-intubated patients. Ideally a state by state comparison.

    With all the controversy and turf issues regarding this drug I have been surprised to only find anectdotal posts ("in my state we ....") and no links to the actual legalese.

    Any takers?
