Paramedic needs help relocating!

Hi there!
My husband is a paramedic with 10+ yrs BUSY system experience. We are looking to relocate from Las Vegas to the Northeast/New England area, but we need some help!
Other than Fire Departments, what other EMS systems are out there that do 911 transport?
Also... any flight programs you would recommend for him?
Please help!

Thanks!

I don't know. I live in NY and as far as I can tell, inly LVFD does 911. He may have to do interfacility transports if you move out there,

THere are plenty of jobs in the Northeast for HCP, including 911 transport. Is your husband interested in HEMS ? Those jobs are a little more competitive but they are out there. As far as ground EMS; plenty of jobs. Private sector pay is not the greatest.
