who knows where new grads are being hired on the east coast (NJ,DE,MD,NY)


I'm a new grad with a BSN and i'm looking for a job and having the hardest time. Im looking in NY, NJ, MD, DE or anywhere near there! I hope someone has some idea because im starting to feel lost!

My best advice would be to be persistent and call to follow up at places you are really interested in especially ones that already "know" you such as hospitals you did clinicals or externships at. That is basically how I got my job in NYC, that and some luck(someone on the floor left) Good Luck and try to remain hopeful.

Many Baltimore and DC hospitals and LTCs will hire new grads although you might not be able to get into a new grad program at this time. I think most of them started in July.
