Tips for getting accepted into the RN program?

It is a point system. I am not sure if there is an interview. I haven't read anything about that in all the information they have. I will ask my adviser. I know once they pick the top 150%, those people have to do a proctored essay. I am just really nervous about my chances because RN programs are soooo competitive. I just kinda wanted to see what experiences other people had with applying and getting in. Like, did you have a 4.0 or how many points you ended up getting or whatever your circumstances were.
