Starting pay for ED nurses in Rochester NY

  1. I'll be graduating in December 2018 and I'll have close to 6digit loans to pay back and I'm concerned that I won't make enough starting out. even if I work 20 hours overtime and make weekend overnights my base schedule I think that it still won't be enough to make a dent. I don't really have any idea I just know that I want to go to the ED and maybe try psych/mental health per Diem or other specialties to see what's out there. Any figures or personal experiences would help immensely.
