Ok so I went to an interview on Teusday with the hospital that I wanted and the floor that I wanted. So I called the director as well as e-mailed her that I accept her job offer and am so excited to come join her team. Now 2 days later I haven't heard back from her. Should I be concerned or am I just being a worry wart?? I don't graduate until December so the only thing that I can think of is that she knows this and is not an any rush. However, I am. I mean what if she changed her mind? She would tell me right???????????????????????

hiring managers are busy; i would not take it personally. if you were given an offer, then you are good to go!!! follow up in a week or so with the hiring manager. if you have no luck, then i would contact hr and put a little birdie in their ear that you accepted a job offer from so-and-so and ask what you can do to help facilitate the process. good luck and congrats!!!
