I applied on Monday when it first opened. Just wanted to see how everyone else is doing with their application :geek: so far my status says it's been received.

Just wondering, when you guys applied, did the application give you an option to select a site and a unit?

got an invitation to interview with the Encinitas panel! does anyone know the difference between the panels?

@shuTTer99 i did not get to choose the unit when i applied but the website says the new grad residency will train as a whole group then get put into 1 of 4 units.

lastly does anyone have any interview tips or an idea of what they would ask (situation questions?).

Just received an email they are done sending out interview emails. They will only send out more if someone declines and interview ... bummer

I'm not sure which unit or floor the response back was limited:

At this time we have sent our all invitations for interviews. If someone declines our invitation, we will reach out to additional candidates. We'll continue to do this throughout next week.
