RN supervisor in nursing home

After many weeks of searching, I FINALLY found a job opening at at nursing home that is about an hour away from my house... anyway they said they needed someone to work PRN...but when i got there to put in for an application, they said the job was for an RN supervisor!!?? does anyone know what their duties are in a nursing home... and is this really something that a new grad can handle?? I have never managed anyone in my life... i am afraid i won't be able to handle it
