by akajor Sep 14, '12Hi everyone! I am an RN with a BSN degree and 5 months experience in a Sub Acute unit in rehab facility on bronx. I want to go into hospitals. I've already applied to a lot of 'em in all the boroughs of NY but to no avail. Can any one please help or any suggestions how to land a job in the hospital with my credentials. (i know it's not all that but, im working on it)..Thanks!

It is common knowledge that NYC offers a horrid job market for nurses of all experiential levels due to multiple hospital closures combined with too many new grads graduating into the local area. - Sep 14, '12 by akajoroh God, that's a bit far from where I live (White Plains, Westchester). I was hoping to land a job anywhere in the 5 boroughs. I was applying for quite sometime now like 2 months to be exact and I am really on the brink of giving up.
