I have an interview for a Graduate Nurse soon and was curious to know what some good questions would be to ask. Also, is it better to wear professional office attire or a profession scrub uniform? Thank you for any advice!!

First off, you need to wear professional attire, if all possible, a suit.
Secondly, some questions to ask would be how long is the orientation period, would there be a problem if you needed more time, what is the patient to nurse ratio for both days and nights, and what type of management style does the manager have are good questions to start with. Also inquire about support of continuining education or higher learning. Also ask about Shared Goverance.
Make sure you follow up with a thank you letter the very next day if all possible.
Good luck to you!
