New Grad? No Jobs? Great Article!!!

That article was very interesting. I don't start my BSN program until this fall and won't graduate until 2015. But it makes me think about how the job market will be for myself and other graduates at that time. I notice that when most nurses graduate all they think about is going to work in a hospital, but sometimes you have to be open to other places like LTC, prisons, home health etc to at least have a job and gain some type of experience. I just really hope that by the time I graduate things will have changed or have gotten better. I'm not going to it discourage me.
