The GRE and NCLEX are two very different tests.

For info on the GRE: GRE Home

You can check out books from the library with CDs in them about the GRE or buy a book. Practice and understanding the strategy is the key.

It depends on how well you do studying by yourself vs. doing something in a structured setting. There are lots of review courses you can take (online or in a classroom setting). Or you can take Suzanne's review (she uses the Saunders NCLEX 3rd edition book with the CD). Generally, expect to take 6 weeks to study and do 100 questions/day. Understand the rationales, Maslow, the ABC's and prioritization.

Good luck!
