HOMECARE RNs

Did any of you go into homecare out of school??? I worked in a hospital for 4 mons and then went to home care, because I honestly felt I didnt like it (i continued to work in the hospital per diem to get experience but hated every night lol). Well Ive worked in home care for almost a year now and sometimes I just dont feel competent or Im being the best nurse I can be because I lack experience. I just get so stressed out, I like home care but honestly its not what I expected. Im looking for a new job but there is absolutley nothingggg.
