anyone else new to nursing and prego?

Hi,
I know this is not about nursing per say............but i am just getting settled at work be there 5m. And me and my hubby are talking about having another baby! I really don't want work to dictate my family planing lol, but just curious how others have handle the stress of the first year or just nursing and pregnancy? any other night nurses prego, how much harder is it at night ? any adv or thoughts?
