Any input?

Hello, I recently passed boards and applied for my first job today. They sent me an email stating that I needed to complete an online interview that is formulated by the gallup organization, it said it would take me about 45 minutes and its a series of questions that are multiple choice and priority. Any insights on to what kinds of questions they will be asking? Is it like RN board questions or just like about my personality? I'm scared!!! Thanks

I have taken one of these pre-interview test. It was interesting some of the questions mostly asking about how you prefer to work, how you respond to conflict, has anyone ever angered you at work? all the answers based on a 1-5 scale, it took me about 30 minutes. But I would say keep in mind how you respond because the nurse manger who interviews you will referr back to how you answered, like "what was it specifically that angered you?" etc. Just answer honestly and you should be fine.:wink2:
