    I too am reaching my one year mark, started off in CCU and love it...even though i still think of myself as a new grad...i am speaking at the new grad dinner tomorrow night, trying to think of what to say at this point...each time i work, i learn new things, i love that fact that no matter how long i work as an rn, there are still new things to learn and new people to meet...good luck...

    Thank you for the encouragement and keep going b/c some days are really good and others are not so good.I know that with anything that you want in life you have to work hard for it and this is what I plan to do.Thanks again.

    I have now been working for five months at the hospital and I am doing things now I never thought I could.Yes it is getting better but I have a long way to go yet!
