Chamberlain College of Nursing

Does anybody know anything about this new school- Chamberlain College of Nursing in Addison? I am planning to apply there and I was wondering if thier BSN program is good there. Sorry, my family and I do not know any information about this school. I just want to know if this school is a valid nursing school and if it is a good nursing school ( like if alot of ppl graduate from this school or if alot of ppl apply) thanks! reply asap if you know ANYTHING.

ohsnapples,

I too was going to apply there, but I was seriously turned off. Do a forum search and see what people have said about the school. Basically you are paying a TON of money to teach yourself nursing. I would think with that amount of work you would have a very tough time with it. I know it can be frustrating to try to get into other schools, but my advice would be to tough it out. I did and now I am in a nursing program with wonderful instructors and I know I am going to pass!!

I have applied to Chamberlain college of Nursing in Addison. I didnt think at all that it was a "Self taught" curriculm. I attended DeVry University and it is its parent company. It was very group orientated and in coherts.

I already took the TEAS exam and the writing placement test. The admin says I did very well on the writing placement test and good on the TEAS exam.

So I would get a personal tour or something.. I have been waiting a longtime for this school to come to IL.
