Transitions can be done anywhere in the sequence. You can really go in any order you like, but I pretty much stuck to the regular order of exams. However, I did Transitions between what is now Health Differences Across the Life Span 1 and Health Differences Across the Life Span 2. Transitions is actually very similar to one of the first courses a friend of mine took in his traditional RN program, so I think it's probably beneficial to do toward the beginning. I think maybe EC thinks the same, which is why you can take Health Safety and Transitions before actually enrolling with the school.
