    Hi All, I am currently living in CA, I looked at the CA BRN carefully and if I read right, CA will take graduates of Excelsior, provided they have the required amount of clinical practice to meet the CA BRN's standards. Also, if I read right, one might have to take the NCLEX again. I could have read it wrong but I read it multiple times but I want to make sure. I emailed the CA BRN to see what answer they give me. Does anyone have any information to share?

    Hi I had another question. If you got an ADN degree from excelsior, and went to another school for a BSN, would CA have a problem with it? Wouldnt the school you recvd the BSN count more than it would count for Excelsior

    Only your degree that is an initial entry to practice counts for any board of nursing
