EC has a list of affiliated hospitals in different regions - you can choose from those hospitals. This post has the sites listed: What are the CPNE locations? You can go to New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Ohio, Texas or Georgia it looks like.
ive heard u can choose your own clinical site with some schools unlike Excelsior. im doing RT to RN thru Excelsior now. have done two classes. any info/ recommendations is appreciated.
Usually students that have to find their own preceptors are doing an RN-to-something (BSN, MSN) program. For Excelsior, you have three regions from which to choose for your clinical exam, and each region has a number of sites.
I moved your post to the Excelsior forum for more feedback.
