WOC nurse Independent consulting - HELP

I have started my own consulting as a wound care specialist and WOC nurse. I am a national award winning WOC nurse and have almost a decade of wound care under my belt. I am struggling with contracts, billing, and fees.
I am wondering what others are doing for WOC nurse contracts as independent consultants. What are you charging? __?_/hr or are you doing it per consult? Does it vary with the various practices (LTC, Acute, SNF, etc.)? Do you have a contract that you are willing to share?
