starting a home health agency in Michigan

Okay I need your help. I am trying to set up a home health agency in Michigan and this is how far i have reached.
obtained a DBA, tax id #, business card and brochure, sample contracts to be tailored to client needs what else is lacking? I wanna start out with home health aides only, what insurance companies have you used for this kind of business. All info will be appreciated
