starting hha....any advice?

Hello all...I'm new to the forums...they are great..very informative. Starting a HHA with 5 other ladies. We are getting close to opening up hopefully 3 weeks away..waiting on cahabba to say ok so that we can take our application to the state. Any advice for new owners and advice for the first 3 months of operation would be great. Getting very excited!
