I'm thinking about going to school to get my RN, but I haven't decided yet. One thing I would love to do is start a ltc facility. I'm just not sure exactly how to go about doing it or if it's even possible for an LPN. I could really use some advice. Oh I'm not sure if it makes a difference but I would be starting it in Virginia.
