  1. 0 Hi, I'm an RNFA and would like to be self employed. Any advise on how to start?

You need to find surgeons that will work with you. I believe you can still bill patients (and their insurance) 18% of the surgeon's fee. Obviously, you will need to be credentialed by the facility as well.

I have also come across agencies that supply FA's to hospitals, notably in Frederick MD - presumably the DC area in general.
