Private duty vs sitting?

  1. 0 I am interested in providing basic care to clients, aged newborn to elderly;more or less as respite for new parents or other family care takers, but with RN can legally admin meds, check fsbs,vs etc. Would this be considered private nursing care or "glorifed baby sitting"?What might I charge for this private duty and are any of you doing this that might have some advice? My availability is primarily 10PM-6AM, with min of 2 hours; should I take the hours into consideration?
