Nurse Aid Trainer or Training

I am currently a school nurse with 23 years exp. in medsurg, charge exp. in trauma, orthopedic, supervisor, pediatric. I was thinking about starting a class to train nurse aids. Is there such an animal in Texas and how long would it take to be certified? Also I need to find a workshop for July 2009 when I travel to Michigan. How can I locate a class or workshop? Thanks!
