need ideas, please

I am looking for ideas to work from home as well. I have a boy with autism, pretty high functioning,and a husband with Aspergers.Needless to say, I have a high maintainence group at home. I have thought about private duty monthly assessments, medi set up and vital checks, but don't know where to start. I've always enjoyed the teaching component of nursing,maybe offer respite care service for hospice or chronicly ill. Any ideas appreciated.
