On-Line S corp formation

Hello,
I am in the starting phase of forming my business and know that I want an S Corp. Has anyone used an on-line service to form their business entity? Any coments or ideas would be appreciated.

Hello,

Yes, I did to form an LLC. www.legalfilings.com

All legal and on the up-and-up w/o much hassle. Took about 6 weeks to complete.
