ideas for IC contracts with hospitals?

I have an appt this week to start my incorporation for IC. After that, I am on to talking to Hospital staffing offices. I need to think of some points which should be included in my contract and I am drawing a blank-- does anyone have general/specific ideas what to include in my contract with the hospital? pay, OT , whatever anyone could think of may help. (what happens if I am sick the day I am scheduled? etc.)

And thanks to this website and all of the nurses who are so very supportive that I really feel excited about this career path -- I have been thinking of it for over a year and am finally taking the leap-- (hopefully into deep water and not into a shallow puddle!!)
