through a Medicaid waiver program

It will depend on the specific services that you are providing, as well as the state that you are in. Medicaid is a state run program.

this reply is 4 years later - but anyway - I bill Medicaid by the hour for providing homecare services to pediatric patients. You need to obtain a medicaid provider number. The website for NY is http://www.emedny.org/ - where you can begin the process. Then you can find patients thru either the Pennysaver, Craigslist or word of mouth.
