Can Botox be administered in a home business?

If I were to start a business from my home with an MD. Is it legal to do injectables as an RN and have my clients come to me instead of a spa?

I'm also interested in doing it from home, but haven't ironed out the details yet. I would check with your state board and nurse practice act to make sure you can do it independently and find out what kind of malpractice insurance coverage you need. good luck!
