Any Canadian Nurses work contract with QHS?

Have the opportunity to work contract with Quality Health Services in Canada. Has anyone worked with them before? What does it take to work as an independent contractor here in Canada? Do you need extra liability insurance? Thanks in advance for all your help.

They are '' Promoting healthy living through proactive screening and assessments'' as per their website. Things like flu clinics...they provide health education to the public. Sounds very exciting! I look forward to working with them.
