What is a TSystem?

A TSytem is a "chief complaint" charting system for the emergency department. I wish we had it here but we are stuck with the narrative charting. YUK! Very time consuming. Also I think the t-system helps to assure that all your I's are dotted and T's are crossed in your charting.

i'd like to learn more about it.
JJFROG, we don't use it either here at the hospital i work at, sounds like it would be nice. I was also wondering if anyone knew anything about employment with tsystem. I've heard of needing 4yrs exp in ESD, lots of traveling to different ESD to give info/help in implementing tsystem. Sounds interesting, eh?

Only our doctors use the T-sheets. We were told they were "to complicated" for the nurses!

Too complicated for nurses? Gee whiz...I have to decipher I/O sheets for the docs!
Tell me about it! The doc's can't find anything in the charts...can't figure out the triage sheets...but yet I can look at a T sheet and figure what their assessment was, the plan and who they taked to! To complicated my butt!

Is there a t sheet system for nurses? I though there was only one for docs.
Yes ERDiane they do make a t-sheet system for nurses. Very similar to the docs sheets.
