THE BIG INTERVIEW

  1. 0 I've got an interview with the ER I've always wanted to work in tomorrow. I'll be going straight there from my practice nurse job, & wonder wether I should wear my uniform. What to ER managers want to see these days?
    Any advice would be appreciated.

I suggest that you dress professionally. From an infection control standpoint, it is not professional to wear your used uniform in public locations. You also want to look fresh and eager, not tired and bushed. If logistics prevent a complete change to professional (ie, suit), then at least a clean lab coat over the uniform. Good Luck.
