Thanks for all the input everyone. It is very enlightening to see the different ways places are staffed. Soon we will be expanding our Ed, and your responses have given me some ideas for discussion at our next meeting. The structuring is one thing, however consistent and adequate staffing is always the problem--a universal one for us all.
