Need help with a simple Q

you guy's are probably going to laugh, and I am probably going to kick myself but I have one Q left to answer and I'm haveing a brain fart. Does anyone know "What type of # is suspected if the casualty presents with "bilateral periorbital eechymosis"? and what other signs and symptoms might be present"?

Skull fracture. Other signs might include post-auricular bruising.

Could be zygoma, nasal or orbital fractures in the facial bones. I would also check neuro status as obviously there was a CHI.

Typical answer is basilar skull fracture. Might also see bruising behind ears (Battle's Sign), clear drainage from ears and or nose. The bruising around the eyes is "Raccon Eyes."
