I've been working on a Cardiac Unit for the past 6 years now and I am transferring to the ED next week. Looking for advice! MEDS to study and basics to know! ! Thanks.

Best advice I can give you is to have comfortable shoes and an open mind cause you are in for a ride :-) You will love the variety, instead of all the rule out MI and CHF patients you are used to. On this site you will find a ton of advice we have given to others in your same situation, read on and you will learn a lot. Hopefully you have a good educator and a long enough training calendar ahead of you.

If you have more specific questions I'm sure you will get a better answer but we are here for ya :-)

No question is a stupid question. Don't be proud, if you don't know, don't do it before asking.
Good Luck to you. Come back here often
