Can you please help me?

Updated Sep 01, 2009 at 02:34 AM by PinkRocksLikeMe

Hey to all my fellow medical professionals! I am a EMT and I am having some issues that I cannot seem to put my finger on as to where to start. About a year ago I started getting headaches, and these headaches were pretty severe, not where I would go to an ED but not where Tylenol or Motrin helped either. I went and had my eyes checked as I wear glasses and the eye doc said he wanted me to go to a neuro because he thought he saw a "pseudo tumor" in my R eye...I never went as I lost my insurance through hubby's work.

NOW....I have been having rapid eye movements that I cannot control, a severe feeling like I am going to pass out, vertigo, nausea and the headaches progress, also I am having dizziness when I move my eyes? I have an appt with my PCP Thursday but I was wondering if you all could shed some light maybe. I have no other diagnosis other than depression, my mother committed suicide and I developed this as I guess anyone would. She had MS and I worry about that alot. The only meds I take is Ambien and Pristiq and nothing new has been started.

I know you cannot dx me by what I am telling you but hoping some of you that have seen this can tell me what it ended up being. I am at a loss.

Thanks so much, and I hope all of you have a blessed week, with minimal patients, with great attitudes! We can all wish right!

Jenn

I hope you get some good news from your appointment... "shedding some light" is a little like diagnosing which of course you know this forum can't help with and you probably have tons of people telling you "I bet it is..." *g* The best I can offer you is not to get worried before you even see your doctor which most of us tend to do
