I heard of all NPs must have Doctoral Degree in 2015. Is that mean if one wants to become NP before 2015, she must graduate from MSN program no later than 2015?

Right now, the DNP is not mandatory. But, look for it to be. If it is in 2015, those educated after that date will have to have DNP in order to practice as NP. Those educated prior to 2015, will be grandfathered in.
