Whats CPNE?

It is a three day clinical experience that is basically the capstone to Excelsior colleges associate degree of nursing program. It is a test of whether you can properly and safely perform the basic nursing functions required of an RN. There is a ton of information on this discussion board. It means so many different things to so many different people.

However the initials stand for:

Clearly, I need some sleep.

What it means to me: is on October 26, 2008 at 10am, I PASSED at Utica NY. I have forgotten, what it felt like to have 3 c-sections in 3 yrs. but I truely believe I will never forget that weekend You spend 3 days dealing with stress and doing patient care in a very specific manner that before this test, you memorized, perfected and dreamed about. I would have never made it without this website and the EPN on their site
