I hope we are all accepted! Where in San Diego do you all live? I'm in the Rancho Bernardo area. It would be great to have study groups! For now, we'll just have to pray~

allli - good point. I would think that if any of us didn't get at least a C in a class, it wouldn't count... right? Is a D passing?

nikki - I'm actually in the Temecula area, I know FAAARRRRR. I used to live in O'side, then carlsbad, but we wanted a "house". So here we are.

I hope we all get in, I got waitlisted/alternate for Loma Linda. I was pretty bummed. Although, I'm guessing its b/c I didn't have two pre-reqs finished for their program... oh well.

Yes, PRAY!!! I've been doing it hourly I think. haha. Next week can't come fast enough!!

I'm taking my last pre-req. right now too. Government...I'll be done next week. I'm so glad I'm not the only one who's nervous. I think I check my email every hour! It's so nice to read all these words of support and ecouragement! It makes me look forward to doing this even more. I live in the college area, right by SDSU. I'd love to do a study group if this all works out.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of us this next week!!

anyone daring enough to call Kenessa? I would, but I bugged her so much last week, haha.

I'm viciously checking my iPhone for email... to no avail of course...

Did you guys all also notice the change in the OU application status screen? With the EmplID number? I am not sure who is and isn't looking at the other thread, so I thought I'd ask here...

Smile Re: University of Oklahoma-Accelerated BSN Program
I just spoke with Anita B in Oklahoma.

She said that she just had a meeting with the committee and that they JUST got the batch of possibilities and are in the process of going over the final decisions. We will not be receiving any emails this week re: acceptance. Anita will be the one sending out emails and she said that she will TRY to get them all out shortly after she receives the list. No guarantees of receiving emails this time as this cohort is larger than the last. She also said that "not everybody" in the past rec'd an email.

However, letters of acceptance will be snail mailed out once a final decision has been reached...so start looking for them LATE next week. Anita could not guarantee that we'll hear anything, at all, next week as she could not get the committee to name a deadline. She's hoping that a decision will be reached next week.

Re: Orientation, she's heard rumors that it will take place between Aug 13-15th. But isn't positive.

So that's about it! We're definately NOT going to hear anything this week, but hopefully, late next week!
