Shortcuts with Excelsior English??

I have already taken English I and II in college but for some reason there were not accepted by Excelior at time of enrollment. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to Clep out of or any quick and/or cheaper routes. I just hate to have to devote time and too much money to a class that I have already taken. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

I would call EC and ask about your English credits -- maybe they made a mistake and overlooked them. I believe there used to be a CLEP accepted by EC, but they've stopped accepting one of them -- don't remember which. Again, a good thing to ask EC.
