Part-time fees starting Fall 2005 are $301 per credit for instate residents, and $461 per credit out of state. In addition, both have a $10 per credit fee, and a $234.50 flat fee per semester. Compared to some of the programs already mentioned, I'm not sure how affordable this program is

Just curious. Would you consider Canadian universities? The University of British Columbia, Vancouver is ranked very highly academically and has an excellent Post RN- BSN programme. Cost is approx. 140.00 CAD per credit with each course valued at 3 credits and certain electives in community health and proposed self study research earning 6 credits. The site is University of British Columbia.

Exams depend on the subject and invigilators can be arranged at local university/colleges. Good luck,
