Rio Salado nutrition 241

Updated Oct 26, 2009 at 03:38 PM by LunahRN

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and have already found it very helpful. I am taking prerequisites for an accelerated RN and have a few questions about Rio Salado's Nutrition 241 class. I'm trying to study for the midterm, and it looks like we will have 4 essays out of a possible 28 that we should prepare for. So far I am doing well in the class but I do find the quizzes to be a bit challenging even though they are open book. I'm worried that I've been spending too much time on my chemistry class and that this nutrition midterm will be a lot more difficult than I previously thought. Has anyone taken this class? Any thought on how to best prepare? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
