I am thinking about going to Iwoa community, Colorado comunity, or Edukan. But can I just enroll to take the science courses that I need and then leave? This is my first time enrolling to any college. Also I didn't do to good in High School. Can I just jump right in to Chemistry and A&P without having any pior BIO courses? Any info will help me at this point!! Thanks!!

I don't know about Iowa or Colorado CC, but Edukan will let you enroll for science classes only then leave. They have an open enrollment policy (accept you for admissions on the spot) and you only need to submit transcripts if a class you're taking has prerequisites. Some of the science classes have prereqs but Biology and A&P don't have any. I will be doing my science requirements through them and that's all. They make it really easy. The cost is $115 per unit.
Speaking of Deaconness, you may want to double check their accreditation (sp?)...I read on another thread somewhere (not sure which one though) that the online program is having some problems and is currently being reviewed to see if they can keep their approval.
Good luck!
