Hello Allnurses,
I am new to this thread and Excelsior. I just wanted to ask how hard is the nursing test? I passed teh Health Safety yesterday but was suprised at the grade I made. I went into the center thinking that I would pass with no probablem But only made a C . I know it means continue but it really scares me for the next ones. Any suggestions????? Thanks

The exams aren't easy. I'd recommend downloading the exam content guide from Excelsior and ensuring that you know the material outlined in that guide. Good luck!

Did you take the practice exams from EC? I always got a lower grade on the practical exams then the real exams. I did not get straight As and still managed to graduate and passed my NCLEX first time around. I also found that studying for 2 months was better for me but I forced myself to study 1 month at a time before taking the exams. Do you need more time to study?

All the exams are hard but if you follow the EC content guides, you will do fine as stated above.

Good Luck!
