There are a lot of mnemonics in the "I took the Excelsior CPNE workshop" sticky.

If anyone can email me any info on the CPNE it would be appreciated. I don't have any grids or mnemonics. Any info will help. Thanks, Denise

I have a short guide with an example grid and the method I used to develop my own mnemonics (I highly recommend that you come up with your own). You can find it by following the link below or in my signature. Hope it helps.

One thing to point out is that what you may do for a particular area of care is not necessarily what you document for that area of care. My own grid had mneumonics for both what to do and what to document.

Hello, and congrats on your progress. The scope of your question is rather large, so I would look around these forums a bit. Get the lay of the land so to speak. I have a guide with some advice. The link is in my signature, but I would hold off a bit before downloading it. Another poster, LunahRN, and myself are in the process of updating it. Hopefully the updated version will be ready in a week or so.
Good luck

You can download it now to get a good idea of what is in it. LunahRN and I have been revising it by adding some of her insight to the process as she is a recent EC grad. Fundamentally, nothing has really changed some small items. Just click on the CPNE notes down below in my signature and it will take you to the download page. When we have finished our revisions we will post an announcement.

I called the MPAC today and they are still scheduling people who applied in April... I had to make some changes to my application: I wont be testing until after 2/15/2009 , D/C'd my cancellation date and will be testing in Plano only. But in reality I guess that is just about the time I would be testing anyway...maybe...lol
